Resumo

The general topic of this work is to investigate how the organization of the management of student assistance at IFFAR has been unfolding to meet the demands of PROEJA students in the current situation, considering aspects of access, permanence and academic success of students, and the fall in investments in this modality with the managerial modifications imposed by the current neoliberal political context. Relating these public policies provided by the PNAES, which is in turn has full appropriation in the student context aimed at student benefits, and also present in a framework the policies developed by the program and also contextualize the political setting that are found and their applications in the context of three campuses from the Farroupilha Federal Institute. Furthermore, it is presented how managerialism is effectively appropriated within the development of public educational institutions, providing a beautiful niche of work and income for large companies in the private sector. Management issues are analyzed, bringing them to the public school context, exemplifying their actions and development related to the school context. Finally, a brief contextualization of PROEJA in Brazil and at the Instituto Federal Farroupilha is made, clarifying its creation, application and development.
